5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the audio/video files you upload and the resulting transcriptions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Process and transcribe your files
• Store your content and transcriptions on our servers
• Display transcriptions to you through the Service
• Make technical copies necessary to provide the Service

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except for technical copies retained in backups for a reasonable period.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials (excluding your content), are owned by TranscribeNext.com and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
